Dear Keith and Alice,

Wow, I just don’t know where to begin to tell you what you have done for my everyday life and Ally’s. Since the day I met the both of you, I knew this was going to be a wonderful relationship and a life change for us.

I have a disabled grandchild that is not a baby anymore. She will be 12 soon. Lifting and carrying her in and out of the bath to her room was taking a toll on nana. Also, her bedroom was cluttered, and I could barely get her wheelchair through the door.

I had a vision of what I needed to make caring for her easier; that is when what I call my nightmare began. In 2003 I started to look for a contractor who could make my vision come true. Little did I know it would be a nightmare, The people that came into my home, there were at least 15 by my count, were clueless as to what I needed, which included wider doors for bed and bath, a roll-in shower, and a bathroom that was wheel chair accessible. I also needed everything off the floor so her equipment could move freely and I could make a circle in the middle of her room.

Several years later, I was handed your business card; I called the next day. We set up an appointment to meet next week. Keith and Alice, you came into my home, and looked around as I told you what I needed. Then you said the magical words that the work was “no problem, we’ll do the following things…”. As I sat and listened, I saw my vision unfolding right before my eyes. Amen. You two are amazing! I have such a heavy load having a child so fragile, but 4Walls took a  big part of the load off of me. You guys helped me so much, if I thanked you a million times it would not be enough. You went WAY beyond the call of duty to help me.

When people see the before and after pictures, or stop by to see the completed work, they say “Wow!”

I was really impressed with the workmanship and professionalism in the way you conduct business. You are and will be my contractor, for life. Feel free to have any prospective clients call me for a reference. I just love you guys, you’re the best.

Alice and Keith provided high-level white gloves service on our kitchen remodel from top to bottom. They worked within our vision to find the best quality products in an affordable price range and kept us informed at every turn. Their knowledge of and relationship with the local subcontracting industry proved to be exceptionally valuable to us, from the beginning to the end. Dear Keith and Alice,
I want to take a few moments to thank the two of you for doing such a nice job on the remodeling of our bathroom in Highland Beach, Florida. You were very professional but you also provided a personal touch. When I look for a contractor, I want three things:

1. Quality work
2. Timeliness
3. Fair pricing

My experience in the past has been that only one or two of these characteristics will be met. Your company managed to meet all three of these characteristics.

In addition, it was a real pleasure to work with such nice people who, over time, earned my trust. At no time did I feel uneasy or compromised. The two of you complement each other very well. Alice, your design ideas were excellent. Your status reports and follow ups were succinct and timely.
Keith, your meticulous attention to detail delivers a quality product. Don’t ever change this attention to detail. You were pragmatic when needed and I appreciated this. You also have excellent judgment of people, hence good and personable employees and sub-contractors.

Dear Alice,

I’m writing this to tell you how beautiful our new bathroom is. Your design services helped me take an outdated old bathroom from our 100- year-old house and turn it into a beautiful, modern, and handicapped-accessible bathroom. The tile selection and design of both the walls and floors elicits compliments from everyone who sees them. The shower system is both pleasurable and functional as I like to use the overhead and body sprays and my husband, who is moderately disabled likes to use the handheld shower while sitting on the marble bench. The curbless shower with frameless glass doors makes access convenient, and yet there is no overspill outside the shower.

The custom designed cabinetry with the hidden valuables compartment is beautiful, functional and surprising! I appreciated the time and effort you put in while shopping for the bathroom materials and fixtures.
My architect and contractor were very impressed with your drawings and design instructions. We had no problems completing the work from your drawings.

I look forward to many years of pleasurable bathing.
